Administration

The administrative division is comprised of our Administrative Assistant, Account Clerk, Secretary and Logistics personnel.  The clerical staff maintains all personnel files, training records, as well as inspection and incident response reports.  Our accounting clerk receives and processes all invoices encumbered by the Department and serves as the payroll clerk for our organization.

Members of Logistics/Supply ensure that all uniforms, materials, equipment and supplies that are needed to effectively carry out the mission of the Department are available when needed.  Further, these members are charged with monitoring the status and maintenance of our buildings, grounds and fleet.  Ensuring that all members of our organization, as well as the citizens of the City of Dothan, have safe, comfortable and adequate facilities and vehicles is paramount in accomplishing the responsibilities set forth by our City Manager,  Mayor, and Commission.
