The Fire Prevention Office is tasked with inspecting businesses located within the city limits of Dothan. In order to obtain a Business License or an Alcohol Beverage License, a life safety inspection is required. You may also request a General Life Safety inspection/ walk-thru. If you are in need of a life safety inspection, please follow the link below and fill out a request form. A fire prevention officer will contact you to schedule a date and time to conduct the inspection.
