Operations Chief Battalion 1 A Shift

Chief Knight has been an esteemed member of the Dothan Fire Department since 1996. His dedication and exemplary service were rewarded with a promotion to Battalion Chief in January of 2022. Over his impressive 28-year career, Chief Knight has garnered recognition for his outstanding contributions, being honored as Paramedic of the Year in 2003 and Officer of the Year in both 2016 and 2018.

Beyond his professional achievements, Chief Knight finds fulfillment in his family life. He is married to his wife Melissa, and together they share two children, Kory and Kassidy.
